About Us

Founded in 2011, Tamarindo convenes the most influential companies leading the energy transition through finance, projects and innovation. We deliver this through a programme of events, awards and intelligence. We bring that same depth of knowledge, experience and relationships to our strategic communications work, helping clients build profile, shape perception and win business.

About the Role

This is an entry-level, permanent, full-time position. It is suitable for university graduates as well as those with up to two years of relevant industry experience. The role sits within Tamarindo’s strategic communications team but the wider context matters. Joining Tamarindo as an Account Executive means working inside an independent business with genuine convening authority in the energy transition, with direct access to the senior practitioners, investors, developers and lenders who shape the sector.

Through a combination of on-the-job training and mentoring, successful candidates will work directly on communications campaigns, build relationships with clients and media contacts, drive awareness for energy transition businesses and play a central role in everyday account management. In doing so, they will develop core skills in public relations, strategic messaging and consultancy best practice, deepen their knowledge of one of the most dynamic and consequential sectors in the global economy, and benefit from the mentorship of a line manager and the wider Tamarindo team.
