Tamar Nurseries is a growing company with over 40 years’ experience growing a wide range of trees & shrubs in various sizes and formations. We are proud to be accredited members of the Horticultural Trades Association, supplying plants to the Nursery Certification Scheme Standards and in accordance with the National Plant Specification.
We are looking to recruit a sales representative to join our sale team, in our busy office environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to give our valued clients great customer service, who is able to react quickly to changing demands of clients and capable of spotting new opportunities to broaden our client base.
For this role we are looking for a candidate who has previous sales experience with tree and shrub product knowledge advantageous. We would like the candidate to be computer literate, confident & accurate with figures who has a strong attention to detail. Also to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. In house training will be given.
Main duties will include:
- Quoting for large contract jobs
- Quoting for immediate supply jobs
- Being able to adapt to customer needs for individual projects
- General sales admin including entering orders onto the system as and when required
