We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support & Technical Assistant to support our Managing Director and wider business operations. This is a hands-on, varied role combining day-to-day IT support with involvement in digital projects and business systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or looking to step into IT/technical work — full qualifications are not required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, and basic security practices
- Support cloud systems (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Help with website updates and basic troubleshooting
Technical & Business Support
- Assist the Managing Director with technical tasks and projects
- Support improvements to systems and digital workflows
- Help with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis
- Assist with e-commerce or internal systems where required
- Provide support during events or technical setups
About You
- Keen interest in IT, technology, or digital systems
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Basic understanding of computers and common software
