1. Digital Media Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and analyse content performance
- Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns
- Design posters, brochures, and digital graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

2. Product Responsibilities
- Research and develop new products
- Design and update labels, packaging, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with suppliers or internal teams on product ideas
- Manage online product listings and e-brochures
