In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and supporting SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that drive our clients' customer engagement and sales processes. Your expertise will help organizations streamline their customer interactions, enhance service delivery, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction.
As an SAP CRM Consultant, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, configure the SAP CRM module accordingly, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the SAP CRM module to align with client business processes and requirements
- Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable functional specifications for SAP CRM solutions
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing to validate functionalities and address any bugs or issues
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP CRM tools and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules, enhancing overall process flow

Required Qualifications:
