Talstaff Recruitment are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for AM & PM shifts on behalf of a well-established client based in Thorne, Doncaster. HGV / Class 1 / C+E Drivers urgently required for IMMEDIATE STARTS for ongoing work.
You will be required to:
- Make on-time deliveries to various nationwide locations, stores, depots and RDC's.
- Trunking work and store deliveries.
- Work with curtain siders and palletised stock, with limited use of box trailers & tail lifts.
- Have knowledge of driver hours/regulations.
- Hold a valid C+E UK driving licence.
- Hold a valid UK DCPC and valid UK digicard.
- Work in a professional manner.
- Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.
- Have excellent geographical knowledge.
- Be able to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays.
In return:
- £16.81 per hour for AM shifts (Including holiday pay)
- £19.26 per hour for PM shifts (Including holiday pay)
- £20.89 per hour for Saturday shifts (Including holiday pay)
