Team Lead – Procurement & Operations

Our client is a well-established international organization seeking a people-focused leader to oversee a broad operational portfolio spanning Procurement, Facilities, Fleet Management, and Business Support Services.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across Procurement, Facilities, Fleet, and Operations.

Create a high-performing and collaborative team culture focused on service excellence.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Manage competing priorities and ensure effective resource planning across multiple workstreams.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and implement practical solutions.

Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement actions to improve outcomes.

Support digitalization and process optimization initiatives across the function.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and operational controls.

Contribute to workplace experience and facilities-related initiatives that support employee

engagement and productivity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate may come from a variety of backgrounds, including Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Customer Service, or another operationally focused business function. Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:

Previous experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams, projects, or operational activities.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Exposure to procurement, facilities, or workplace operations would be advantageous but is not

essential.
