Job Description
We are seeking a professional Chinese Interpreter to provide high-quality interpretation services for the NHS in London. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring accurate translation of medical information, treatment plans, and patient concerns. This role requires a high level of linguistic proficiency in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese, as well as a deep understanding of medical terminology and cultural nuances within a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for attending on-site appointments, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adhering to NHS standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate oral interpretation between Chinese-speaking patients and NHS staff.
- Translate medical documents and patient records as required during consultations.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

- Manage on-site schedules and travel between various NHS facilities in London.
