Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support crypto trading and settlement
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions that support the full trade lifecycle
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with complex backend systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Interest in financial technology—experience in crypto or traditional markets is a plus
