As an Account Management Director you will serve as a liaison between our company and our clients. Your primary objective is to deeply understand their business goals and objectives, leveraging this insight to effectively integrate them into our platform. You'll continuously refine and execute our Account Management strategy, drawing from both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. From the initial onboarding process to seamless integration and ongoing support, you'll oversee the entire post-contract journey for both existing and new Talos clients. Collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams ensures that client expectations are not only met but also inform future product decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, providing invaluable guidance on workflows, and driving long-term value while monitoring and enhancing the overall health of our client base. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining revenue forecasts, with a focus on strategic cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Effectively implement our account management strategy combining qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Maintain revenue forecast with objectives of cross-selling and up-selling
- Manage and own post-contract journey of existing and new Talos clients
- Work closely with revenue, product, and engineering teams to ensure the clientsβ expectations are met and that the voice of the client is represented in future product decisions
- Nurture and grow client relationships, consult on workflows, and drive value for our clients while maximizing long-term value of contracts
- Monitor and improve overall health of our client base
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in account management or a similar, client-facing role (Sales Trading, Algo/Execution Sales, RM, etc.)
- Traditional capital markets experience required
- Experience with electronic trading solutions
- Experience working with clients to solve technological trading challenges
- An understanding of digital assets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
