THE ROLE
As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will drive the processes that deliver a booked plan into a live campaign. Ensuring that campaign execution is a smooth process and that our clients are provided with all the information and services needed to create successful out of home campaigns, on time, and to the highest quality. You will be responsible for stewarding the production process, managing inventory booked for our campaigns and that which flows through our proprietary ad-tech platforms. Within your team, you will lead the verification of campaign posting and play out reports for our campaigns, reconciling when discrepancies are found. In this role, it is essential that you are able to foster good relationships internally and externally with media owners and suppliers and be at the forefront of addressing any issues that arise. As part of the Campaign Operations team, you are encouraged to contribute to always striving to make our internal processes as efficient as possible, through supporting and suggesting any new ways of working that make our campaign delivery as optimal as possible. The Campaign Operation Manager role reports to the Head of Campaign Operations and is part of the operational excellence function at Talon. Campaign Operations team exists to support the Client teams, who aim to maximise the use of out of home as part of a brands advertising media mix.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Responsible for booking production with external suppliers and managing any production and dispatch queries.
- Cross referencing media, net costs, and booked amounts in Talon’s Plato system against those approved by the client.
- Updating the weekly booking sheet with details of classic inspections & digital out of home verification.
- Assisting with the collation of campaign site lists.
- Overseeing and managing the copy approval process with media owners.
- Managing ADA site list optimisation (site swaps with media owners) based on site lists provided by Product team.
- Uploading digital campaigns onto Talon’s Creative Portal, checking the portal has all formats, media owners & LFD sites + creative contacts loaded.
- Liaising with Media Owners, ensuring booked site lists are correct and ensuring campaigns go live without issues, requesting POPs where applicable.
- Liaising with View2Fill to request photography where applicable.
- Managing the weekly campaign tracker.
- Responsibility for Plato inventory management.
- Adding new brands to NetSuite.
- Assisting team with Econometrics runs and reporting.
- Assisting teams with PCA’s.
- Advocating the value of social and environmental impact within your team (e.g. championing sustainability).
- Role modelling the Talon values to help ensure the best possible culture and tone is set throughout Talon.
