As Business Director, you will lead a team of direct reports to deliver best‑in‑class OOH planning for our international clients and agencies, while fostering strong relationships with senior agency and client contacts to achieve billing growth targets, innovative work, and commercial objectives. You will proactively identify, win and build new business opportunities and influence the strategic direction of Evolve OOH. With proven leadership and team management credentials, you will also motivate and nurture a high‑performing team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hold ultimate responsibility for servicing a portfolio of international clients across agency/client groups, setting KPIs and ensuring they are met.
- Oversee multiple plans in multiple markets concurrently.
- Find, build and develop new OOH relationships with clients, agencies and suppliers by producing proposals and presentations.
- Lead and motivate your team; coach client teams where required.
- Resolve major client servicing issues within teams, benefiting all parties.
- Develop and implement an annual agency programme across group agencies, demonstrating Evolve’s value‑adding capabilities.
- Design clear, exciting strategies for key clients.
- Maintain senior client and agency relationships at senior management levels.
- Manage and develop international network partnership relations.
- Implement hospitality plans for key clients.
- Prepare accurate quarterly forecasts for your group of agencies/clients.
- Drive commercial priorities and hit targets across your agency group.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement initiatives ensuring commercial targets are met.
- Grow Evolve/Talon international OOH spend through collaboration with offices worldwide.
- Assume responsibility for travel to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
- Evolve international processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with agencies at senior level to highlight commercial advantages.
- Lead projects and initiatives within Evolve/Talon, and explore new income opportunities.
- Account for strategic investment strategies and PRF targets.
- Support recruitment and training initiatives for the international planning team.
- Create and review annual agency surveys, implementing identified improvements.
- Drive high‑quality award entries across your agency group.
- Maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and reports for HoCs/Senior Management.
- Foster relationships with senior media owners and media owner contacts at group level.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive OOH planning experience and relevant market knowledge.
- Versatility to work and travel across multiple markets.
- In‑depth understanding of the UK & international OOH landscape and established media owner relationships.
- Experience in OOH, DOOH strategic planning, programmatic buying and creative optimisation.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
- Outstanding relationship‑management skills across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proactive performance and ability to exceed day‑to‑day expectations.
- Strong people‑management skills, motivating the team and fostering development.
- Self‑motivated team player who can work independently with accountability.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
