We are looking for a Digital Services Campaign Executive to join our small team focused on delivering and reporting on digital Out of Home campaigns. With the ever‑growing number of screens, media owners and ways to use digital Out of Home it is our role to guarantee the smooth and timely management of campaigns from start to finish. We are looking to expand our Campaign Management team with a Campaign Executive who will work across our Creative, Verification and Atlas Portals. With these products, we deliver campaigns for clients including Pepsi, McDonald's, Sainsbury’s, Allwyn, VW and to name a few. The primary function of the role is to ensure campaign creative needs meet media owner specifications and industry guidelines, as well as verifying that the campaigns have been scheduled and delivered as per the clients booking.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Morning Team Meeting: Catch up and talk through the day's workload and assignment.
  • Morning Meeting: Aligning with the team on the day's priorities, urgent tasks, and campaign updates.
  • JIRA & Workflow Management: Updating and managing JIRA tickets to keep track of technical issues, campaign statuses, and project actions.
  • Artwork Sourcing & Management: Reaching out directly to creative agencies to chase outstanding campaign artwork.
  • Tech Compliance & Editing: Checking delivered artwork against technical specifications and compliance guidelines, and editing creative assets before final trafficking to media owners.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Responding daily to campaign queries from planners, media agencies, creative agencies, and media owners.
  • Live Campaign Monitoring: Checking data dashboards daily to ensure active digital campaigns are running correctly without technical hitches.
  • Data Analysis & Tracking: Analyzing campaign delivery data to ensure delivery is on track and pacing correctly.
  • Under-Delivery & Status Updates: Flagging campaign under-deliveries to media owners and planners, and keeping planners updated on overall campaign health.
  • Campaign Delivery Confirmation: Monitoring the live status of campaigns and actively managing any outstanding media owner confirmations.
  • Tech & Ops Escalation: Liaising with the tech and data operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve outstanding technical issues.
  • Financial Admin: Updating and managing internal finance logs to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Foresight and planning ability with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Multitasking, often under pressure.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Some video / digital media background with a basic understanding of digital formats.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Previous experience in DOOH (not essential).
