As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talon.One, you will play a mission-critical role in driving new business across the UK and Ireland, selling the world’s most flexible promotions & loyalty platform to top-tier brands. We are looking for strategic sellers with initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound to discovery through closing, and serve as the quarterback both externally and internally. You will be joining our 4-person Enterprise Sales team in UKI & Northern Europe, which is an integral part of our 21-person international Sales unit. This is a dynamic and collaborative Sales organisation where we focus on building strong partnerships with prospects and customers. Our mission is to drive revenue by delivering measurable value to enterprise clients through highly personalised, technically robust solutions. As part of the UKI & Northern Team, you will report to the RVP Sales UKI & Northern and collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to build meaningful client relationships and close complex deals. We are a global team of self-starters who thrive on accountability and mutual success. This role also requires travel, estimated at 30% of the time. This is a full-time role based in London.
Once you are here you will:
- Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise prospects across the UK & Ireland
- Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal negotiation and signature
- Present Talon.One's value proposition to C-level executives and senior stakeholders through tailored demos and strategic discussions
- Forecast sales opportunities accurately and contribute to market expansion planning
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to identify potential leads and regional growth opportunities
- Represent Talon.One at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador in your market
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape your go-to-market strategy
What we need you to bring to the table:
- Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS or API-based sales experience, ideally in enterprise e-commerce or martech environments
- Demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Possess strong technical acumen and the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
- Excel at building relationships with senior decision-makers and influencing cross-functional teams
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to getting things done
- Communicate fluently in English
- Be open to travel the region
