About the Role The Product Marketing Manager at Talogy is responsible for maintaining and executing team strategies that will maximize the perceived value of Talogy’s products and solution sets across our markets and verticals. This role is a full-time permanent position based in the United Kingdom, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There will be occasional travel required for events, meetings and workshops. Day-to-day, this role can be performed remotely. Role Responsibilities Formulating and successfully implementing go-to-market product marketing plans that require cross-functional team coordination. Implement go-to-market plans not only for launching new products, but also for maintaining and growing the existing product and solution sets. Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, subject matter experts and product teams to define and shape market-driven solutions, roadmaps and materials. Creating and developing compelling audience-specific messaging to attract and engage prospective customers. Managing and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in various projects Developing and maintaining a complete marketing ‘bill of materials’ for the product portfolio, including presentations, brochures, product videos, demos, case studies, competitor intelligence, win-loss analyses, testimonials etc. Support the Revenue Enablement team with updated product marketing collateral and training materials to enable sales training. Developing client-facing assets to improve client understanding and engagement with the solution set. Collaborating within the larger Marketing organization and support demand generation and digital marketing efforts as required. Be a market insights expert, providing valuable, actionable market insights including competitive intelligence to the broader organization. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements Education to Bachelor’s degree level in relevant field, e.g. marketing, business management, or communications. At least 2 years practical experience in a B2B product marketing role in a service-based company is ideal. Experience of working in global technology organizations desirable. Experience in the talent management industry preferred. Ability to work effectively with a mix of stakeholders with different demands, learn from them and bring new ideas and approaches. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams is needed. Specifically, must be able to: Ask effective questions to gather information and fully understand stakeholders’ needs. Use logic, emotion, and connection, to appeal to others’ goals or interests. Present ideas in confident, convincing, and credible ways. Strong, demonstrable track record of impeccable copywriting and communication skills, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality, and thriving in face-paced environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
