With roots that can be traced back over 100 years and one of the longest standing John Deere dealerships in the United Kingdom, Tallis Amos Group is hiring for an experienced service manager to lead our agricultural team based in our head office. Our aim is to become the machinery dealership of choice throughout the West Midlands, South West of England and South West Wales, by developing our engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Evesham agricultural workshop; organise and manage a team of specialised engineers to ensure first-class service for customers when dealing with John Deere.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers; ensure timely delivery of machinery service and repair; ensure invoicing and warranty administration is complete.
- Coordinate with departments including parts, warranty, technical and accounting to ensure seamless end-to-end success for customers.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Understanding of farming systems, agricultural machinery and its operation
- IT competency

Benefits
