Tallis Amos Group is an expanding business with an exciting opportunity for a Customer Data Analyst to join us on a three-month internship. In this role, you will support our sales and aftermarket teams by consolidating and structuring customer data held across multiple systems, helping to unlock valuable insights that drive business performance.
You will work with customer records, contact information and purchase history data – structuring, validating and building connections between our CRM platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the business.
- Build and maintain accurate client records within our CRM and internal systems
- Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across all platforms
- Perform data entry across CRM and supplier software systems
- Identify, flag and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
- Support data clean-up and audit activities
- Follow defined data standards and internal processes
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems (any platform)
- A background in data entry, administration or system support
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
