During the three years you will learn all about mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems within John Deere, with the Turf Tech programme focusing on machinery used within the sports turf industry.

Responsibilities

You will be mentored by a time‑served engineer who will guide your development and best practice in on‑the‑job situational learning. You will spend time each year at the John Deere造成UK training centre in Saxondale, Nottinghamshire learning theory and then returning to the depot to apply this knowledge with your mentor.
