Temporary, initially 6 weeks based in Leominster, HR6 0QB. From £12.71ph depending on experience. Full time or part time hours considered.

With roots that can be traced back over 100 years and as one of the longest standing John Deere dealerships in the UK, Tallis Amos Group are seeking an organised and detail orientated Purchase Ledger processor to join our finance team for a temporary initial 6 week period.

The role has been created to provide additional support to cover staff absences during a busy period and will focus on processing a high volume of supplier invoices for our Parts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of supplier parts invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
  • Code invoices correctly within the purchase ledger system.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records.
  • Ensure all processing is completed in accordance with company procedures and deadlines.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy across Microsoft 365 (inc Excel) and accounting software.
  • Good organisational skills and time management, with the ability to travel to the Leominster depot.

Applicants should have previous direct experience of this type of work so that they are able to get up to speed quickly. We are able to offer this role around a flexible schedule.
