Tallis Amos Group is a growing business with an interesting opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join us on a three-month contract. In this role, you will support our sales and aftermarket teams by consolidating, inputting and structuring customer data held across multiple systems, helping to unlock valuable insights that drive business performance.

You will work with customer records, contact information and purchase history data – inputting, structuring, validating and building connections between our CRM platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the business.

  • Build and maintain accurate client records within our CRM and internal systems
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across all platforms
  • Perform data entry across CRM and supplier software systems
  • Identify, flag and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
  • Support data clean-up and audit activities
  • Follow defined data standards and internal processes

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A background in data entry, administration or system support
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems (any platform)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
