We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for ongoing work with a well-established client in Immingham. This is a Monday to Friday, day-shift role involving curtain sider work, with regular and consistent work available through to 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a Class 1 HGV (Category C+E) Curtain sider deliveries and collections
- Completing deliveries safely and on time
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation
- Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with customers and clients
- Complying with all relevant road transport and company regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Maximum 6 points on licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Good knowledge of UK roads and transport regulations
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Previous curtain sider experience preferred
