Road & Ocean Exports Operator Job Role • Liaising with customers to arrange transport / bookings • Processing bookings via shipping line platforms • Key account assistance – taking on house accounts to develop and retain • Full training on booking system • Export pricing – this includes LCL, FCL, Cross Trades • Training on export airfreight shipments – start to finish • Dealing with overseas agents / customers for bookings / pricing Requirements • Understanding of CNS / Destin8 & Good trade tariff knowledge • Good organisational skills & ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines • Knowledge of export documentation processes – bills of lading, EUR1’s, Chamber Documents, L/C’s • Knowledge of export pricing – LCL groupage, full loads, cross trades Company Benefits • 25 days holiday – Bank Holidays off – Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm Office Based (NO Remote Working) • Pension scheme enrolment • Private health care • Annual pay rise reviews & Annual bonus scheme for staff – subject to company profits / performance of said Financial Year • Additional training schemes available – DG courses, Air IATA courses
