What You'll Be Doing
You will manage a dynamic and varied caseload of personal injury matters, including:
- Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
- Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims
- Clinical negligence cases
- Complex personal injury litigation
You’ll be responsible for progressing cases efficiently, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the continued growth of the department—particularly within the Heanor office.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in personal injury law
- Proven litigation and advocacy skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and IT capabilities
- The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
- A client-first attitude and a desire to build strong local relationships
