We're partnering with a leading global freight forwarding business to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering an excellent basic salary of up to £80,000, plus a car allowance, uncapped bonus potential, and the opportunity to work for a highly respected logistics provider.
The Role
This is a pure new business role where you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new Air & Sea Freight opportunities across the UK.
You'll be targeting customers with international freight requirements, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
You'll have the backing of an established operational team and a well-recognised brand, allowing you to focus on what you do best—winning business.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and securing new Air & Sea Freight business.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Building relationships with SMEs and larger corporate customers.
- Producing tailored freight and logistics solutions.
- Working closely with internal operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience selling Air & Sea Freight solutions.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong new business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage your own diary.
