About the Role
We’re looking for professional and reliable Class 2 Drivers to join our 2-man delivery team, specialising in premium white glove service. You’ll be the face of our company, delivering and assembling furniture directly in customers’ homes. This is more than a driving job – it’s a customer service role that requires care, attention to detail, and physical capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customers’ homes to assist with the delivery and assembly of furniture, ensuring all items are placed correctly and assembled to a high standard
- Provide a high level of customer service and foster positive relationships with clients
- Load and unload goods with attention to safety and care
- Operate Class 2 vehicles responsibly and in full compliance with road safety regulations
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules as directed by leadership
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times, delays, or issues
- Maintain accurate driving logs and complete any required roadside inspections
- Regularly perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as part of delivery and assembly
