Monday to Friday Temp to Perm (12 weeks). 18.00 After 12 weeks - minimum 10 hours / lunch allowance and collection bonuses.

Job Purpose: Garage Services Drivers carry out the collection of filter bins, battery banks, anti-freeze, contaminated fuel, rag bins, etc. from businesses and automotive sources, whilst promoting positive workplace values. The role is based out of a transfer station in Trafford Park.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Driving an 18 tonne box van
  • Manual transportation of garage waste
  • Loading and offloading of vehicle, including multi-drops and collections
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork, e.g. EA notes and delivery notes
  • Daily defect reporting
  • Maintaining vehicles
  • Adhering to Health and Safety regulations
