HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver
Location: Peterborough
Temp to permanent position. Permanent pay rates from £20ph.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8 hour shifts. Manual work involved.
Pay Rate: £18.25 - £19.00 per hour (DOE).

Available Shifts:
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
The Role:
- Shunting Class 1 vehicles and trailers around a busy customer site
- Moving trailers safely between loading bays and designated parking areas
- Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth site operations
- Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a professional and safety-focused approach at all times
Please note that this role involves manual duties in addition to shunting responsibilities and applicants must be comfortable carrying out physical work when required.
