About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established and growing freight forwarding business with multiple opportunities available within their operations team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire three experienced operators across key areas of the business. Roles Available

  • Air Export Operator
    • Manage end-to-end air export shipments
    • Prepare and process MAWB/HAWB documentation
    • Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and overseas offices
    • Ensure compliance with all export regulations and deadlines
  • Deep Sea Import Operator
    • Handle full-cycle ocean import shipments (FCL & LCL)
    • Liaise with shipping lines, agents, and hauliers
    • Manage customs entries and import documentation
    • Monitor shipments and resolve any delays or issues
  • Deep Sea Export Operator
    • Oversee ocean export shipments from booking through to sailing
    • Coordinate with carriers and international partners
    • Prepare Bills of Lading and export documentation
    • Ensure timely departures and high levels of customer service

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding operations (relevant to one of the above roles)
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes and documentation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
