Business Development Co-Ordinator – Trafford Park
Salary Up to £40,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits
Role
Experienced in market research with the key objective of identifying new business opportunities. Cold calling prospective clients to make appointments for sales representatives. Working as part of the Business Development Team to generate new business opportunities.
This is a KPI-driven role with bonus incentives.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Daily cold calls to generate new prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Setting Appointments: Arrange qualified appointments for Business Development Managers in line with defined criteria.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to inform clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Quotation Support: Assist with distribution and follow-up of sales quotations; ensure all quotes are logged and tracked.
- Prospect Database: Build and maintain a prospect database for regular communications.
- CRM Management: Keep all prospect and customer data in the CRM up to date and actively progressed.
Targets / KPIs
- Appointment Setting: Achieve 8 qualified appointments per week based on established client criteria.
- New Data Input: Add 40 new prospect records to the CRM each month.

- Proven experience in cold calling.
