We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter to support hiring in a fast-paced SME environment. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with a generalist TA background who is comfortable owning recruitment end to end, including screening applications, recruitment administration, and supporting hiring managers to self-serve where appropriate. The business is operating through change and transformation, so adaptability, pace and clear communication are key.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and fixed-term roles
- Screen applications and CVs, carrying out initial recruiter interviews
- Source candidates directly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines
- Support hiring managers with self-service hiring processes and tools
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, outcomes and offer processes
- Handle recruitment administration, including ATS updates and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS (Workday or similar)
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Work closely with the TA Lead and support on additional TA activities or projects as needed
What we are looking for:
Essential:
- Experience working as a Recruiter in an in-house or agency setting
- Generalist TA background with strong end-to-end delivery capability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME / semi-structured environment
- Willing to roll up sleeves and manage recruitment admin as part of the role
- Confident screening high volumes of applications and prioritising effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including supporting manager self-service
- Tech-savvy with hands-on ATS experience
- Organised, reliable and detail-focused
Nice to have:
- Experience hiring across tech, product, corporate, commercial or operational roles
- Exposure to organisations going through change or transformation
- Experience using Workday or similar systems
