We’re looking for a brilliant Product Operations Lead to join our Digital team at TalkTalk. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our product organisation - making sure we’re set up to deliver at pace, with clarity and consistency.
This role is all about enabling our digital product managers to do their best work by joining the dots across teams, managing dependencies, ensuring the right frameworks and tools are in place, and helping us scale well.
You’ll work closely with our design and engineering teams to make sure work flows smoothly. You’ll help us plan better, prioritise smarter, and land great digital experiences for our customers across web and app.
What you’ll be doing:
- Run the rhythm of the team: Own the day-to-day operations across the product function - tools, processes, governance, planning cycles, and communication.
- Set us up to scale: Create and embed consistent frameworks for product development, prioritisation, and road mapping across teams.
- Work across the business: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, CX, and commercial to make sure we’re aligned, connected, and delivering end-to-end.
- Own our toolset: Be the go-to product management expert for our product stack - Jira, ADO, Confluence, Product Board and more. Ensuring it’s well-structured and actually works for the team.
- Map dependencies and unblock teams: Spot cross-team overlaps and make sure teams are connected and working with shared context.
- Drive product performance: Help define and track KPIs across our digital journeys to measure the impact of our roadmap and inform prioritisation.
- Get stuck into special projects: Whether it’s helping shape a go-to-market plan with marketing or standing up a new operating model, you’ll flex where needed to keep momentum high.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in a Product Operations role, ideally within a digital-first organisation.
- Strong experience collaborating with Design and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and workflows are operating well.
- Hands-on experience with web and app development environments - you’re comfortable getting into the detail when it comes to how things are built and delivered.
- A confident communicator and collaborator - able to influence without authority and bring clarity to complex situations.
- Experience creating structure and efficiency across product teams through repeatable processes and tools.
- A proactive doer who spots gaps, joins dots, and gets stuck in to solve problems before they become blockers.
- Familiar with agile, lean, and modern product development practices - and know how to make them stick.
- Experience working with tools like Confluence, ADO, Asana, ProductBoard, Figma (or similar).
