Join to apply for the UX Designer role at TalkTalk. You’ll be responsible for designing consistent, effortless, digital experiences. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates creative and analytical thinking and delivers effective UX/UI solutions. You’ll have an eye for visual interaction design, coupled with excellent communication skills to champion UX thinking with product owners and developers. You'll also have the ability to lead UX projects and maintain a focus on collaborative problem solving. We’ll look to you to implement UX/UI best practice and apply a wide range of techniques such as: information architecture mapping, user journey mapping, workshop facilitation, ideation, prototyping.

What do I need in order to deliver in the role?
- You have a strong understanding of Design thinking, Accessibility and Design Systems and why they’re important in order to communicate the importance to stakeholders and get buy‑in.
- You’ll be highly proficient in using Figma and have experience of contributing to design systems.
- You can identify and compare the best processes to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
- You’re a champion for the customer’s voice and you support and challenge teams to make sure design decisions are backed by data and insights.
- You can facilitate workshops and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to solve problems.
- Have experience of agile working.
- You’ll be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- You can absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to make simple designs.
- Participate in user research and testing activities and draw the insight needed to make informed and user centred design decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure what is designed is commercially viable and technically feasible.
