You’ll be responsible for designing consistent, effortless, digital experiences. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates creative and analytical thinking and delivers effective UX/UI solutions. You’ll have an eye for visual interaction design, coupled with excellent communication skills to champion UX thinking with product owners and developers. You\’ll also have the ability to lead UX projects and maintain a focus on collaborative problem solving.
We’ll look to you to implement UX/UI best practice and apply a wide range of techniques such as: information architecture mapping, user journey mapping, workshop facilitation, ideation, prototyping.

Support the delivery of product roadmaps, working with the Product Owners and Dev teams

Contribute to growing a customer-centric culture by helping the business understand what UX/UI is and how we add value
Contribute to the design system by creating and documenting components to be used throughout the digital experience
What do I need in order to deliver in the role?
You have a strong understanding of Design thinking, Accessibility and Design Systems and why they’re important in order to communicate the importance to stakeholders and get buy-in.
You’ll be highly proficient in using Figma and have experience of contributing to design systems
You can identify and compare the best processes to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
You\’re a champion for the customer’s voice and you support and challenge teams to make sure design decisions are backed by data and insights
You can facilitate workshops and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to solve problems
Have experience of agile working
You’ll be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
You can absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to make simple designs
Participate in user research and testing activities and draw the insight needed to make informed and user centred design decisions
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure what is designed is commercially viable and technically feasible
