Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving engagement with and building positive relationships with both customers and prospects in social media channels. You’ll be responsible for executing against our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll develop organic, socially native content to drive engagement. In a category dominated by negativity, you’ll take opportunities to engage with consumers in social channels and drive positive interactions.
Key areas of responsibility:

Deliver against our social media platform strategy to drive engagement and build positive relationships with consumers and prospects

Create socially native content yourself, tailored to individual platforms, to drive reach and engagement organically, without the need for big media or production budgets

Take opportunities to jump on the latest social media trends to drive engagement with the brand

Develop content to engage our corporate audience on LinkedIn

Community management and taking opportunities to drive positive engagements both within and outside our own social channels, bringing our brand personality and tone of voice to life
Must have

Experience in a social media role, abreast of the latest social media trends

A content creator yourself, able to create engaging content using just a mobile phone (no big budget production companies)

A self-starter, able to run social media channels

A team player – able to work collaboratively with the brand team, PR team and our social media operations/customer care team
