About the Team
Our provisioning team, made up of over 100 dedicated professionals, ensures PXC remains connected. We deliver vital connectivity to supermarkets, coffee shops, health centers, and GP surgeries across the UK, always prioritizing customer service and efficiency.
Role Overview
As a leading provider of wholesale Ethernet services, we aim to deliver excellent service and maintain our position as the preferred wholesale provider. The Delivery Specialist will build strong, purposeful relationships with our partners, understanding their business goals to optimize delivery cycles and maximize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on Ethernet products (e.g., EAD, EoFTTC, EFM).
- Monitor and analyze partner order management performance, focusing on leakage, contact rate, delays, exceptions, and response times.
- Participate in regular calls with customers and suppliers to foster relationships and provide guidance.
- Coordinate customer projects, including initial discussions with bid teams and customer walkthroughs.
- Manage escalations and resolve order issues end-to-end, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proactively address problematic orders, working with fulfillment centers and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Provide insights on new products and suggest improvements for future development.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Ethernet orders.
- Work with multiple suppliers offering various products, involving transactional activities.
- Create support documentation to enhance partner adoption of services and tools.
