Our provisioning team, made up of over 100 dedicated professionals, ensures PXC remains connected. We deliver vital connectivity to supermarkets, coffee shops, health centres, and GP surgeries across the UK, always prioritising customer service and efficiency.
As a leading provider of wholesale Ethernet services, we aim to deliver excellent service and maintain our position as the preferred wholesale provider. The Delivery Specialist will build strong, purposeful relationships with our partners, understanding their business goals to optimise delivery cycles and maximise outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Become a subject matter expert on Ethernet products (e.g., EAD, EoFTTC, EFM).
- Monitor and analyse partner order management performance, focusing on leakage, contact rate, delays, exceptions, and response times.
- Participate in regular calls with customers and suppliers to foster relationships and provide guidance.
- Coordinate customer projects, including initial discussions with bid teams and customer walkthroughs.
- Manage escalations and resolve order issues end-to-end, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proactively address problematic orders, working with fulfilment centres and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Provide insights on new products and suggest improvements for future development.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Ethernet orders.
- Work with multiple suppliers offering various products, involving transactional activities.
- Create support documentation to enhance partner adoption of services and tools.
