You’ll combine strong commercial thinking, deep customer empathy, and technical fluency to turn complex connectivity solutions into seamless, intuitive experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Product Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and deliver product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
    • Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning stakeholders with a clear and compelling direction

    • Lead product discovery and delivery using agile, lean, and customer-first approaches
  • Execution Excellence
    • Maintain a rigorously prioritised backlog aligned to TalkTalk’s strategic goals
    • Drive delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes at pace
    • Use data, insights, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and iterate quickly
    • Ensure continuous, measurable value delivery throughout the product lifecycle
  • Innovation & Growth
    • Stay close to market trends and evolving customer expectations within telecoms and digital experiences
    • Take inspiration from leading consumer apps to continuously improve our digital journeys
    • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance both customer experience and internal efficiency
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
    • Challenge the status quo to unlock new opportunities and better ways of working
  • Flexibility & Collaboration
    • Adapt to evolving business needs, contributing across multiple product areas where required
    • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams
    • Contribute to a high-performing, resilient, and collaborative product community

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience
    • Proven experience delivering simple, customer-centric digital products within complex or technical environments
    • Strong understanding of the product and software delivery lifecycle (Agile/Lean)
    • Commercially astute, with experience translating business goals into product outcomes and growth opportunities
    • Exposure to or strong interest in technologies such as AI and how they can enhance product delivery and customer experience
    • Experience within telecoms, utilities, or other legacy industries (desirable)
  • Skills
    • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to link product improvements to key business KPIs
    • Strong problem-solving skills, combining creativity with structured thinking
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
    • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
    • Growth mindset, continuously learning and seeking feedback
    • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to maintain clarity amid changing demands
    • Ability to quickly understand new domains, systems, and customer needs
