About the Role

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Analyst to join our change team in Technical Service Management Team in Soapworks. This role is key to ensuring that all of our technical change activities whether instigated internally or externally are managed and implemented safely, successfully and with minimal disruption to existing systems and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and manage multiple concurrent changes
  • Provision of information, advice & guidance on all aspects of Change Management in the network arena
  • Arbitrator of change-related issues
  • Managing escalations relating to changes
  • Ensure all Changes are submitted with required information
  • Analyse and Co-ordinate risk and impact assessment activity on both individual and large scale Change
  • Liaise with all necessary parties to ensure risk assessment requirements have been met
  • Work with the Process Manager to Identify and initiate process/tool/reporting improvements

Must have:

  • Telecommunications Experience/Experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of PXC Network
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to understand and translate the technical detail provided to a more customer focused message
  • Ability to understand and work with several partners concurrently
  • Ability to handle queries from customers and partners regarding CRQ details

Be great to have:

  • ITIL Foundation/ Intermediate Service Operation and ITIL Intermediate RCV
  • Change management experience
  • PRINCE 2 Foundation
