The Role
We’re seeking a data‑driven Senior CRM Marketing Executive to lead the delivery of customer lifecycle communications across our SME base, building and optimising automated HubSpot journeys that drive product adoption, engagement and retention. Working closely with Product, Commercial, Sales and Digital teams, you’ll design and execute targeted CRM programmes, create segmented and personalised campaigns, maintain data quality, and monitor key KPIs such as churn, retention and campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone with experience in CRM or marketing automation, strong data and lifecycle marketing skills, and a detail‑driven, collaborative and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys and email campaigns in HubSpot.
- Create targeted segmentation and personalised messaging for SME customers.
- Monitor lifecycle performance and report on key KPIs such as retention, adoption and engagement.
- Run A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support data accuracy and enrichment to strengthen CRM targeting.
- Partner with Product, Commercial, Sales and Customer teams on launches and lifecycle initiatives.
- Ensure all CRM activity is fully tested, accurate and delivered on time.
Skills and experience we are looking for
- Experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, data segmentation and targeting.
- Ability to build and QA email campaigns and automated workflows with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong written communication.
- Desirable: B2B/SME marketing experience, telecoms/technology exposure, or familiarity with HubSpot reporting and enrichment tools.
