The Role
The Mid Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading, coaching, and developing a team of Mid Market Account Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer outcomes. The role focuses on setting and executing effective sales strategies, optimising sales processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, and overseeing key commercial decisions to protect margins and minimise revenue risks. It also involves building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive team culture, and ensuring professional strategic account management across new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Mid Market Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Drive a high‑performance culture through clear KPIs, regular 121’s, and strong sales methodology.
- Identify growth opportunities through white‑spacing and effective account reviews.
- Oversee accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting via Salesforce.
- Ensure commercial accuracy on high‑value deals and protect margins.
- Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain positive client relationships.
- Build strong internal and supplier relationships to support sales delivery.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative team culture.

How you will work
