The Role

Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Content, the role manages campaign calendars, coordinates assets and channel activity (e.g. email, digital and events), ensures readiness for launch, and tracks performance through reporting and optimisation to drive measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage campaign calendars across Enterprise and Public Sector, aligned to quarterly commercial priorities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events and supporting channels).
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time, maintain momentum through different buying cycles, and proactively manage delivery risks.
  • Brief and coordinate content and asset production, including email workflows, landing pages and digital assets.
  • Ensure all campaign assets are prepared, tested and approved before launch.
  • Partner with Enterprise and Public Sector sales teams to align activity to account priorities and procurement timelines.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communications on campaign status, assets and timelines; enable easy access to materials.
  • Track engagement and pipeline contribution, maintain dashboards, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and feed learnings back into future planning.
  • Uphold brand consistency, delivery standards, and drive continuous improvement in campaign execution.

Skills and experience we are looking for

  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong project management skills (planning, prioritising, running multiple workstreams).
  • Confident working with sales and senior stakeholders; clear, proactive communicator.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM and reporting/dashboarding.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, calm under pressure, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in Enterprise/ABM and/or Public Sector marketing is a plus (not essential).
