We are hiring at Talkr for one of our growing UK clients in the financial services sector, and we are looking for competitive, communicative, and organized Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join the team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused SDRs to engage with prospective clients, gather information, and support the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to submission readiness.
You will be responsible for:
β Managing inbound lead enquiries and client engagement
β Conducting initial fact-finds and gathering client information
β Booking appointments for Mortgage Advisors
β Nurturing opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
β Chasing outstanding documents and information
β Maintaining accurate CRM records and updates
β Supporting clients through the mortgage journey
β Ensuring all cases are submission ready
What skills & experience you'll bring to us:
β Experience in sales support, customer service, lead generation or financial services
β Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
β High attention to detail and accuracy
β Confidence working with CRM systems and digital tools
β Strong organisational and administrative skills
