We are looking for a highly capable, ultra-organised, and detail-focused Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone with a strong background in sales administration, who can confidently manage key operational tasks while providing seamless executive support. You’ll need to be exceptionally disciplined, proactive, and able to operate with absolute discretion and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications with efficiency and discretion.
- Sales Administration: Oversee CRM updates, track pipeline progress, and ensure deals move forward smoothly.
- Proposal & Contract Preparation: Draft and send high-quality emails, prepare quotes and contracts, and handle follow-ups.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring timely responses and seamless interactions.
- Operational Execution: Own key administrative and organisational tasks, keeping everything running efficiently.
- Confidential & High-Trust Role: Work closely with the CEO with professionalism, integrity, and absolute reliability.
