This is a Temporary Assignment that should last until the end of February, 2026. Nothing makes a great job even better than throwing in a few perks! All regular, full-time Rain Makers are equipped with everything they need to maintain their health and well-being.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Our Finance team’s forte is data-driven decision making. They dig into the details to provide our Rain Makers with actionable intel. You’ll oversee the entire processing of invoices and payments from our vendors, managing invoices and timely payments, as well as reconciling vendor statements. If you’re looking to grow your career with a great team, this could be the opportunity for you.
- Assist with reviewing and processing invoices and credit memos for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment through Concur.
- Work with various departments to train and educate processes in NAV and Concur.
- Prioritise invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
- Respond to all vendor inquiries including payment status and statement of account issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Assist with month end close procedures including researching postings and open TRPs.
- Complete Form-1099 filings.
- Seek to improve processes, develop best practices and ensure quality results.
- Answer questions, perform research, troubleshoot and fact find whenever required.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or D365 is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Concur.
