Meeting Management: Oversee executive calendars, schedule meetings, support by building presentations, sending agendas and recaps/action items.

Annual Calendar: Using the annual operating calendar, support departments to stay on track for annual operating plan work, Monthly Strategy Meetings, departmental monthly meetings, department and company events, weekly recaps.

Coordination of Key Meetings: Managing lunches and any onsite/offsite day-of details as needed; Printed materials, room setup, booking of location, meeting invites.

Route and code invoices.

Support vendor management & processes (invoices, renewals, onboarding).

Docusign & Lexion Management: Play a key role in management and oversight of these workflows.

Support product portfolio addition activities, such as coordinating with third-party content creation partners, shipping and tracking sample requests, and other miscellaneous packages to help support the Business Management team function.

Recreation/Clean-up of materials and PowerPoint Presentations.

Events: Assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate events, conferences, and department functions. This includes securing venues, arranging catering, managing invitations, and overseeing logistics planning.

Managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. This may involve coordinating with travel agencies or online booking.
