WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage order fulfilment and distribution for assigned region/customer portfolio, ensuring orders are clean, executable, and aligned to planned ship windows.
• Identify and act on fulfilment risks for near-term shipments (1–3 days), prioritising based on service impact, volume, and customer importance.
• Execute exception-based order management, intervening only when orders fall outside defined thresholds (e.g., inventory constraints, appointment delays, system blocks).
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with Planning, Transportation, DCs, and Sales teams to address root causes and restore service.
• Support allocation and prioritisation decisions during constrained supply scenarios, following established business rules.
• Leverage ERP, TMS, and WMS visibility to monitor order status, inventory, and execution—using data to drive decisions.
• Identify and escalate data or process issues impacting order readiness (e.g., pricing, lead time, master data) to appropriate owners.
• Provide proactive updates on at-risk orders and key issues, reducing reliance on ad hoc status inquiries.
• Support month-end execution by monitoring order throughput and identifying risks to shipment targets.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred, equivalent experience accepted.
• 1+ years of fulfilment operations experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Power-user with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and report writing database tools experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.
