Are you a motivated graduate looking to kickstart your career in the fast-paced world of AI and SaaS? Talkdesk is looking for two ambitious Junior Partner Business Managers to join our team. This isn't your average entry-level role. You will be enrolled in a structured development program designed to transform you into a channel expert. You'll learn the "ins and outs" of the partner ecosystem, discovering how to build relationships with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) and Resellers to drive the future of Customer Experience Automation (CXA).

What You'll Learn & Do

  • Relationship Management: Learn how to build and maintain strong connections with Resellers and TSD advisors.
  • Strategic Enablement: Help create and deliver impactful presentations and demos to ensure our partners are experts in Talkdesk solutions.
  • Pipeline Growth: Assist in identifying high-value opportunities and executing joint go-to-market strategies to drive revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align our partner strategies with global business goals.
  • Market Presence: Represent Talkdesk at industry events and conferences, gaining visibility in the cloud ecosystem.
  • Partner Recruitment: Support the identification and onboarding of new partners, helping to build the business case for mutual growth.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.).
