Working alongside volunteers, sessional workers and the wider SARA team, you’ll coordinate our Helpline & Digital Services, support the delivery of trauma-informed support for survivors of sexual violence, and develop our volunteer programme through recruitment, training, supervision and ongoing support.
Salary: £30,525.94 per annum + 6% employer pension contribution
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: SARA’s centre in Sale, with hybrid working available (1 day per week from home)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31 March 2028 (subject to further funding)
Benefits: 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) plus statutory holidays
