Talk Straight Ltd (Schools Broadband) is seeking a proactive First Line Support Engineer to join our busy support team in Ilkley. You will be the initial contact for customers, diagnose basic issues, and escalate more complex problems to second-line support while maintaining excellent communication.

This hybrid role combines remote work with three days at the Ilkley office, training, knowledge base updates, and collaboration with network engineers to resolve issues quickly and improve service.
