We are currently looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Provisioning Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects across the organisation. In this role, you will manage day-to-day provisioning activities, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with agreed timelines. You will act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external suppliers, and customers, coordinating resources to maintain the smooth delivery of services. You will also handle incoming calls into the department, ensuring queries are managed promptly and effectively. Alongside core provisioning responsibilities, this role offers a clear development pathway toward a Project Manager position. You will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, including supporting project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and assisting in the coordination of larger and more complex initiatives. This position provides a strong foundation for career progression into project management, offering valuable hands-on experience in coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in our Ilkley office.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the Tender team.
- Help coordinate and conduct pre-kick-off meetings, both online and in person.
- Assist in defining project tasks and resource requirements.
- Support the coordination and assembly of resources for projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports outlining project progress, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
- Support the implementation of project changes and interventions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participate in project evaluations and assess overall results.
- Adhere to company policies related to quality, environment, and information security.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems effectively.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience in collaborating with third parties and understanding procurement processes (desirable).
- Team-oriented with the ability to foster a sense of collaboration and community among project members.
- Experience in project monitoring, planning, and controlling.
- Strong attention to detail.

Salary: £27,608
